Hi everyone,
On the morning of Wednesday May 17th, 2017, Donnie drove into his driveway and saw his home on fire. After calling the fire departments, and watch them battle the fire, they unfortunately gave him and my mom Kathy Pendergast the news that the house couldn't be salvaged and had to be torn down. Seeing the devastation of mostly everything in your house be destroyed by fire or by ashes is completely heartbreaking. There were a few things saved the next day, but on Friday, May 19th, 2017, the house caught fire again, destroying everything this time. We had an awesome construction crew come and tear down what was left of the house after the second fire, and now my mom and Donnie are unsure of what to do next. Which is why I have started this GoFundMe for them. Any type of donation would be a great gift to them in this time while they try to figure out what to do
