Help Katie Smile

My name is Rami Bdeir. I'm that goofball with the beard in that photo, and I'm here for that wonderful, beautiful woman in the photo with me. She is a miracle, a perfect ending to any fairytale, and she recently agreed to be my wife. Her name is Katie, and she won't smile.
Katie has MCTD, mixed connective tissue disease, it's genetic and she has lived with it her whole life. Her strength inspires me. She deals with fibromyalgia, seizures, constant migraines, auto-immune desease and other symptoms daily. She holds down a job, and puts up with me, throughout all her pain. I currently am finishing my final years of university and have a part time job. Between the two of us we have managed to cover most of her massive medical bills and my tuitions. There is still one thing we can't afford, Katie's smile.
Katie's teeth have rotted from the side effects of various medicine over the years. We have now found a balance that does not affect her teeth any longer, but the damage is done. She cried when I proposed, both happy and sad. She said she didn't want to get married until she could smile in our wedding photos... It broke my heart.
We found a wonderful dentist who has been helping us ease her pain. He has worked up a total cost analysis of how we can get Katie's smile back. Not only giving Katie her confidence, but aiding in her general health and wellness. The cost was one of the largest numbers I have seen, almost $30,000. I can barely survive as a student, and we've sought help from what family we have, but the financial cost is so great.
I stumbled upon this site, prayed, and cast this out there for any chance that I can help make my beautiful Katie happy again. With your help we can give her the those once in a lifetime Wedding photos... we can give Katie her smile back.
