Financial Hardship

In October 2013 I found myself living in a rental without a roommate (my roommate relocated to another state). I suddenly was responsible for the entire rent ($1450) and all utilities. It wasn't long before I went through what little extra money I had. In December I was forced to take a title loan against my vehicle in the amount of $3000 (the payments of which are $335/month). I was not able to secure a roommate until April 2014. All the utilities are behind, as is the rent. I am being threatened with eviction, and I have nowhere else I can go - or funds to put a security deposit down for a new place if I am evicted.
I hate asking for help, but I am intelligent enough to realize when I need it and must ask. I am only asking for what I need to get caught up. Right now I struggle from paycheck to paycheck (I get paid twice a month), and can barely afford to buy food or put gas in my vehicle. I know I am at a point where I need help.
I appreciate the time you've taken to read this, and I greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Many thanks.
