Support Paul Roof & Women with Wings

As most of you know, Paul Roof was fired from his job Friday at Charleston Southern University because his picture appeared on a beer can that was being used by the Holy City Beard and Moustache Society to raise money and awareness for Lowcountry Women with Wings.  Women with Wings is part of the Center for Women in Charleston and they provide education and support services to women diagnosed with ovarian cancer, their caregivers and families.  Most of us are justifiably upset at how unfairly Paul has been treated. But let's turn this energy into something positive.  This page has been set up to help Paul raise $1,000 for the Center for Women, Lowcountry Women with Wings. What is raised here will go directly to the Center for Women (minus the fees that gofundme takes for making this so easy to set up).  Let's turn this negative event into something positive for a lot of people and show the administrators at Charleston Southern that doing good things to help others is what this has always been about.

UPDATE1: WE PASSED THE ORIGINAL $1,000 GOAL IN UNDER 9 HOURS. SOMEONE ASKED THAT WE KEEP THIS OPEN UNTIL MONDAY SO THAT THEY COULD CONTRIBUTE, SO WE'VE RAISED THE GOAL TO $1,500 AND ARE GOING TO KEEP GOING.

UPDATE2: HITTING THE NEW GOAL OF $1,500 ONLY TOOK ABOUT ANOTHER HOUR, SO WE OBVIOUSLY WEREN'T BEING AMBITIOUS ENOUGH. NEW, NEW GOAL....$3,000.
