Ok, the shorter, but still complete story and difficult request :
>I am the father of three beautiful girls and two terrific sons. For most of my and my wife's life together, I worked and she was an amazing teacher and stay at home mom. Unfortunately, as time progressed my health deteriorated to the point that I was forced to stop working and seek SSDI (Disability Income) in order to try and support my family. Unbeknownst to me, disability is a dramatic drop in income and CAN take a very long time to get approved.
This being said, my wife has had to return to college with the desire to finish her degree in order to secure gainful employment and help us do more than just survive.
Most months we can squeak by, but sometimes expenses occur that leave us with no ability to solve the problem.
This month is one of those times that we have no idea what to do, then someone suggested "Go Fund Me".
I Pray I'm Not Too Late.
The situation :
***** I was in an accident on the ice with our minivan. Our insurance is taking care of the majority of the repairs, but we have to cover the deductible and related expenses. If we had an income which allowed us to save any money, this wouldn't be an issue. Sadly, we have No Savings and no way to come up with the money. The insurance has provided a rental until the van is ready, but it will be ready Monday or Tuesday . This means that we must return the rental, but cannot get our van until we pay the deductible.
As a cancer patient and someone with other health issues that must be monitored several times a week, this is a scary thought/scenario.
If you can help in any way, I know it's very short notice, my family and I would deeply appreciate it.

Bueno, aquí tenes lo que pasó y la información sobre la pregunta que me da tanta pena pedir.
>>Soy el Papa de tres niñas bellísimas y dos niños fuertes e inteligentes. Por mucho del tiempo que nos hemos estado casados, yo trabaje y ella cuidaba los niños y los enseñaba en la casa. Desafortunadamente, empecé a tener muchas problemas médicas y llegó tiempo en que tuve que parar de trabajar y pedir ayuda por el programa de SSDI por el gobierno. Lo que no sabía fue que SSDI toca mucho tiempo aprobar y casi no paga suficiente para sobrevivir.
Con la nueva realidad de nuestra vida, mi esposa regresó a la Universidad para tratar de terminar su curso de estudio con la fe que va poder ayudarnos hacer más que sobrevivir cuando se gradué.
Casi cada mes podamos existir hasta el último día del mes pero si hay algún gasto afuera de los normales del mes no hay de donde sacar el dinero para pagarlo.
Este mes es uno de los peores que hemos tenido y alguien nos recomendó "Go Fund Me".
Ojalá todavía hay tiempo para salvar esta situación.
Nuestra situación :
****** Tuve un accidente en el hielo con nuestro van y mientras los seguros pagan la mayoría de las reparaciones todavía nos toca pagar el deducible y gastos relacionados. Si tuviéramos sueldo suficiente que nos dejará ahorrar un poco cada mes, estos gastos extras no serían tan imposible. Lo difícil es que no tenemos dinero ahorrado o alguna manera de juntar el dinero a tiempo. Los seguros nos ha dado un carro prestado hasta que nuestro van esta listo. Lo difícil es que el van va estar listo el lunes o martes. Nos va tocar devolver el carro que nos prestaron, pero no podemos recoger nuestro van hasta que paguemos el deducible.
Como soy paciente de cáncer y otros enfermedades que me tocan visitas al médico muchas veces a la semana y la necesidad de llevar y recoger mis niños a y de la escuela me asusta no tener transportación.
Si pueden ayudar en cualquier manera, se que no hay mucho tiempo, pero no lo agradeceríamos tanto. Muchísimas gracias a los que pueden ayudar con pasar esta información a otros y / o con una parte de lo que nos queda del deducible. No importa si es $1 o más. Cada poquito nos pone más cerca a resolver este situación a tiempo.
