Ambulance Accident
Donation protected
On Saturday, May 31st while resonding to an emergency call near Athens, Georgia an ambulance was accidently struck by a car and rolled over entrapping Kayla, an EMT with the local 911 service. After a long extracation she was transported to the local trauma center and underwent surgery for extensive leg and arm injuries. More surgeries are already scheduled. She will be out of work for a minimum of 6-9 months (per the physician) and is currently a single parent with three small children. Kayla is a dedicated EMT serving her community, helping injured and sick citizens, attending paramedic school, and now is in need of our help. Kayla has been offering her help to others and now it is our turn to help her get through this difficult, painful phase. Any donation will be greatly appreciated.
