My Sex Reassignment Surgery

My name is Abigail Grace Palmer. I'm transgender, and I'm going to be having Sex Reassignment Surgery (also known as Gender Confirmation Surgery, SRS, GCS, or in my case, Vaginoplasty) on May 1st, 2019. I'm truly blessed that this procedure will definitely happen, and nothing can stop it! However, in many ways, I'm relying on the kindness of loved ones, and it would mean the world to take some pressure off of them, as they've done so many amazing things for me already. Insurance covers a lot of this, but not all. Anything you can offer would be a tremendous help in supporting this dream I've had for my entire life. It's finally going to happen.
