Help Alicia fight breast cancer

HERE is Alicia's story that was published in the local paper.
Thank you for visiting our page. My beautiful and amazing wife Alicia has been diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 36. We have been in shock since the diagnosis. It seemed like all of our plans for the future were coming together before we were dealt this devastating blow. Alicia and I have been shaken to our core, but remain strong. We are meant to be together, and will beat this disease together.
We were reluctant to start this fundraising campaign because we both are uncomfortable asking others for help. We have never asked anyone for money in our adult lives. The situation we are currently facing is different, We DO need help. The emotional support and prayers we have received is amazing and much appreciated, but we will also need financial help, as the medical bills have been stacking up. We understand that not everyone can help financially, but if you can help spread the word, we will be very grateful.
For those of you that have met or know Alicia, I know you have seen what an amazing person she is. She can provide a spark to every situation, usually getting a few laughs in the process. She loves animals and has donated to many fundraising causes for them. She adores our dogs, Dude and Widmer. Alicia enjoys football games, and is a beer enthusiast. She likes to homebrew and even works on occasion at a local home brew store. Alicia works as an accountant for her day job, and loves it. (Weird, I know.) She also enjoys, among many things, hiking, biking, traveling, scary movies, and cooking. Alicia has cooked many delicious meals for the group while tailgating at football games...Look, I know I am biased, but she is super AWESOME!
We didn't know what amount to set for this campaign. We are not sure what the total costs will be to win this fight. The costs will include:
-Surgery
-Chemotherapy
-Scans
-Medications
-Reconstruction
-Radiation
-Hormone Therapy/ Inhibitors
-Naturopathy/Accupunture
-Loss of wages while out of work
I left my job a year ago to go back to school so we could have a better future together. Alicia is the sole provider of income at the moment. We are hoping to still be able to get me through school so we can have another stable income in the near future. Please help in any way you can. We will need an army of support to beat this thing, I ask you to join "Alicia's Army" and help spread the word so we can beat this horrible disease. We realize that many people are fighting many forms of cancer, and we will definitely be involved in fighting for others long after we win this battle. WE WILL WIN. Alicia and I wholeheartedly promise to pay all of your generosity and support forward. Thank you all for your support and prayers.
