Ever since I was a child, I used to do "weird" things like read the credits of a movie I had just enjoyed or after one of my favorite TV shows ended. More often than not, I would see that the production was based here in California, and I used to whisper to myself almost every time "I'm going to Cali soon." Fast forward, I'm a 29 year old California resident, wife, mother, and still that "weird" little girl who reads credits and is fascinated by stage lights lol.
So far, I have not been let down because I have seen way too many "impossible" things become possible. I never knew in a million years that almost all of my dreams would come true. From acting; to campaign modeling; to singing; to song writing; to hearing my song on the radio; to getting one of my all time favorite rapper (Busta Rhymes) on one my songs; to moving to LA at the tender age of 25; to later becoming a wife at 27 and a mother at 28; to most importantly achieving the highest position any human can obtain which is becoming a Child of the Living God when I received His Holy Spirit at 26. Throughout it all, I have learned to always BELIEVE and hold on to FAITH.
Therefore, I AM CONVINCED that there is NOTHING to hard for the God I serve.
God's favor has been evident in my life from being cured from Lupus to being able to work in a field that does not feel like work to me at all. I have had the pleasure of working on some major productions and whenever you see lights and cameras, there's "Lexi" asking questions. Learning and absorbing everything on set, film to me, is art. Creating is my passion. On camera or behind the scenes, the set is where I was born to be. Yes not only can I shoot something with my awesome canon but I can also edit to make my vision come to life.
With all that said, I've done my research on some better equipment that will help me grow professionally and it would be a dream if I can get the support of those who believe in me and want to see me elevate. I know the best has yet to come!
I just want to publicly thank my dad Julio C. Morales. He is my number one fan and have made it possible for me to accomplish my dreams thus far in more ways than one! Thank you for supplying me with an awesome MacBook Pro laptop and a Canon rebel T1i because it is with these two tools that I have been able to create magic and showcase my talent for many to see. Thank You! I love you so much!
I also would like to publicly thank my Lord, my God and Saviour Jesus Christ for His goodness and mercy towards me, for his infinite love shed abroad my heart through the Holy Ghost. And thank you all for taking the time out to read my story and supporting my art. God Bless you.
