Officer Bill Chapman and family tragically lost their home to fire on January 13, 2016. Officer Chapman is a full time Phillipston Police Officer, part time Royalston Police Officer as well as a K9 bloodhound handler/ trainer to the surrounding communities.
Bill, his wife Elaine, their son Colton and daughter Catarina lost everything in the fire. Sadly Colton who is 9 years old and was training with Bill to be a handler lost his dog Dozer in the fire.
This page was established to aid the Chapman family during this trying time. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Chapman family.
Thank you for your support. If you have any questions or further inquiries please contact the Phillipston Massachusetts Police Department [phone redacted].
UPDATE:
My name is Jenn, and I am one of Bill's coworkers at both Phillipston Police Department as well as Phillipston Police Department. I created this campaign on behalf of the Phillipston Police and everyone that knows Bill.
Bill will be using this money to assist in replacing some of the items that were lost in the fire. The funds will be directly given to Bill.
Thank you all for your support!
UPDATE:
Hi, this is Bill. It has been one week since our home was destroyed by fire. Words cannot begin to describe the tremendous outpouring of love, care and support that we have received.
We are forever indebted to all. We cannot begin to express our gratitude. We are truly blessed to live in such a wonderful community and to be surrounded by such a great group of people.
Elaine, Colton, Catarina and I would like to say thank you to everyone for the unbelievable amount of caring and generosity that the community and others have extended to us.
