Support Capuanos!

Lets rally around the Capuano family as they are on this healing journey for their family. Reactive attachment Disorder is not a rare diagnosis but many feel isolated when they are dealing with it day in and day out.  But it can be treated and Harper can and will have healthy and strong relationships. But the process is long and costly. That is where the community comes in. Lets be supporting them with our prayers, words and actions.

Here are a list of the expenses: 
      -Gas/Co-pays for Attachment Therapist in Buffalo - Expecting a full year of weekly appointments, followed by approximately 6-12 months of bi-weekly/monthly appointments.) ($80-100/wk, $350-430/month, $4,200- $5,165/yr)

-Neuropsychologist for Alcohol Related Neuropsychological Disorders- Cost and frequency to be determined.

-Occupational Therapy/Sensory Processing/Sensory Integration Dysfunction) - $450 for initial evaluation, $350 per session. (Insurance will not cover these appointments.)

-Cost to attend Empowered to Connect Conference - $60 plus flight to San Antonio

-Cost of home repair (damage to walls, furniture, floors, doors, radiant heating unit, electrical damage, etc.) Total cost yet to be determined.

-Safety needs (window/door alarm, video monitor) (approximately $130-150 for all three)

-Cost of trained respite helper ($14-24/hr.)

-Cost of untrained friends to help (bribes and begging)

-Cost to attend a Families by Design Camp (to rebuild healthy bonds between stressed and hurting siblings) $3,600 + travel expenses for whole family to attend.
