So far I have worked with over two dozen nonprofits, but only three have been able to pay for these services.
Help me provide pro bono services to assist them stabilize, grow and sustain their mission and vision. It will pay back dividends to your local community!
Funds are needed for federal and state filing fees and fines, travel and related personal expenses.
I've developed several survey tools that analyze an organization's Board-CEO-Staff dynamics. Utilizing these assessment surveys for nonprofits (can also be used by small businesses) combine factors of organization age, place in the lifecycle (based on Adizes' study of "Organization Lifecycle"*), and the required leadership style factors needed for change. This online assessment allows nonprofits to recognize their current internal culture and external contexts that may trigger the need for organizational change.
By responding appropriately to data collected from staff and board, an organization executive director/CEO can initiate needed change that will strengthen and sustain its mission and vision.
Funds raised allow me to continue pro bono consulting (without charge) for small organizations struggling to make it in these economically challenging times.
