My Chocolate Cake Ticket

So on 6/3/17 at about 12am I wanted to bake a chocolate cake, went to the fridge to realize that I'm out of eggs, so it being midnight I attempted to take a trip to Walmart. Not even getting out 5 mins I was on a main road and a cop turned his lights on a made a U-Turn. The cop procees to ask why he pulled me over, I asked why, because I was going to speed limit. He said my headlight was out. Now keep in mind, I got off work at 9 o'clock and used my lights to get home passed several cops no problem. So my light have to had just blew out when I turned my car on to go get eggs. Anyways it being about 12:20am the cop could've just gave me a warning and told to change it the next day, instead he insisted on giving me two citations. One for headlight being out and another for not having my insurance on me. I'm just seeking some help out for y'all to pay this gay ticket. All I wanted was some chocolate cake. Everybody loves cake....
P.S I still haven't made the cake because this has stressed me out, and still have no eggs.
P.S.S I did get my headlight changed.
