Help Sammie Make a New Start!

Hi all! Via Nextdoor.com, it has come to our attention that a dog is being neglected (left out in the cold, limping) on Clifton Ave., near Hampton and 44.  ALL AUTHORITIES HAVE BEEN CONTACTED (police, HSMO, Stray Rescue) but the owner is (barely) within his legal rights. We want to (possibly) offer the owner cash for the dog. If the owner won't accept it, or we decide to go another route, we will split the proceeds between Stray Rescue and HSMO.  (I will provide donation receipts for transparency.)  Donations can also be refunded, if you prefer.
