Colby Haithcock Mem Scholarship
Donation protected
Colby died on February 11 in an alcohol related accident as a passenger. His dream was to become an Electrical Lineman like his father. As a means to celebrate his life and to try and help prevent teenage drinking and driving, we have created the COLBY HAITHCOCK MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP to fund (4) $500 Scholarships per year to the Forsyth Technical Community College's Electrical Lineman course. We also donate $2000 yearly to Grays Chapel Elementary School for a program called CRAYONS FROM COLBY that provides funds for classroom supplies. beginning in the 2019-2020 school academic year, we will provide a $1000 scholarship to Providence Grove HS in Colby's honor.
All moneys raised will be directly donated to the school's fund to be administered and paid out by the school.
There are no administrative fees associated with this fund. The family does not benefit from any donations.
Please consider donating to help share Colby's dream with other worthy students interested in becoming an Electrical Lineman.
