Help Curling in Orlando

After being inspired by the 2014 Winter Olympics, we decided to attempt to bring curling to central Florida. We found a good home at the RDV Ice Den in Maitland, and we've recruited a solid group of founding members to help out.  

We're recognized as a non-profit corporation in the state of Florida and as an official curling club by the Grand National Curling Club and USA Curling. 

UPDATE 2016 - We've held 9 public Learn 2 Curls / Open Curling events, 1 private Learn 2 Curl for the Golf Channel, an 8-week curling league, and numerous social meet-ups to share curling with the community. We've also sent teams to curl at bonspiels at the Charlotte Curling Club and Coastal Carolina Curling Club.

To help us continue to grow, our specific needs are as follows:

1) Raise $5000 for a walk-in cooler to store our curling stones.
2) Raise $5000 to subsidize our ice costs so we can lower the event registration price for our curling events.
3) Raise $5000 to purchase an ice scraper to better level our curling sheets. 
4) Raise $2000 to pay for the paint and labor to paint in curling houses at RDV.
