Derby Grass-fed Creamery

For the past three years we have been raising grass-fed, pastured pork, chickens, turkey and beef. We knew the health evidence was convincing about grass-fed animals but it wasn't until we actually started raising these animals that we both tasted and saw the difference. You can actually see the vitamins! It is awesome! We have always wanted to do a grass-fed creamery because we love milk and all of its products. Recently, some doors have opened that we are excited to share with you. Our siblings used to work for Thomas Organic Creamery, a grass-fed creamery out of Henderson, MI. They pasteurized milk and made yogurt, butter and ice cream. The owners have just recently retired and sold their farm and are selling all their creamery equipment! We have new neighbors that just moved in and they are starting an organic, grass-fed milking operation. Our neigjbors also have a building on their property that is grade A legal that we could run the creamery out of. We have experienced workers, grade A space, grass-fed milk and equipment for sale. The only thing that we are lacking is the MONEY to purchase the equipment. With your help, we can be providing healthy, grass-fed, non-homogenized milk to all of Michigan! With this money, we plan to purchase Thomas Organic Creamery's equipment, bottle and sell grass-fed milk and possibly yogurt and icecream. We will make deliveries all around the state, so we should be near you for you to have access to all those extra vitamins and nutrients our milk will provide. Help us, help you!
