The Flora Apalisok Free Children's Clinic (FAFCC) is a California-based non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of the most undernourished and medically as well as surgically needy indigent children of Bohol, Philippines.
FAFCC's goal is to establish and maintain a mobile clinic that will deliver compassionate and quality health services to the indigent children of the remote barrios (villages) free of charge. The Clinic will also carry out a continuing program of community education on disease prevention and public health concerns. Of importance, the clinic will emphasize reproductive health counseling including the promotion of various methods of contraception, methods that are still considered taboo in this region.
