Memorial plank for Gary Tildes

I'd like to have a plank carved and placed at Grey's Beach (aka Bass Hole) in Yarmouthport honoring my father, Gary Tildes, who passed away 8/1/1999. A memorial something is way overdue. His ashes were thrown at the end of the boardwalk at Grey's Beach, a place he loved and taught me to love.
