Get Kids in Costumes

Why Donate?
My name is Gary Cecil, and I run a website called The Black Cat Horror Blog--a website dedicated to supporting authors/directors/artists working in and around the horror genre. This year, in order to help disadvantaged children and families on Halloween, I'm doing this fundraiser to provide families Halloween costumes and baskets for their children on that special day.
Since horror is "my thing," I feel like this is a great opportunity to lend a hand. Halloween, though not as popular as, say, Christmas, was a very important holiday in my life. It wasn't the candy or the crazy costumes--though, if you went back in time and interviewed me then, I would have said it was--and I know now that it was truly about spending time with my family. A night where we all got together and walked the streets, knocking on strangers' doors, in the hopes that they would "give me something good to eat."
Every dollar earned will go directly to an account setup specifically for the donations! Whether it's a penny or a hundred bucks, it doesn't matter. Every donation counts, and the more money we receive, the more children get Halloween costumes! You can follow the website by filling in your email in the right-hand corner (once you're on the site), that way you can get updated on our progress and, hopefully, see some of these CUTE kids in their shiny new gear!
Once the funds have been raised, The Black Cat Horror Blog will donate the money to Peaceful Paths!
