Rebirth of a GothicMom
When you become a Mom, you begin to put yourself last, and your combat boots begin to collect dust. Going to your child's PTA meetings in full Gothic, especially industrial, regalia is pretty much frowned upon. Especially by your own children, and your teens would die of a heart attack. But, one should not have to completely stop being themselves, uniqueness is greatness.
The pieces I have in my shop I wear myself as well. My inner Gothic Goddess was screaming to come back out and play, as I'm sure many others are as well. They are still quite dark without being overwhelmingly so. Tame enough for the children can tolerate you wearing them around others, and may even want a piece of their own, while still allowing you to be you.
I am a single mother of four beautiful children, but by far more than just that. An artist, a violinist, a seamstress, a crafter, a writer, a blogger, a reviewer, a determined to finish my novel and be published author, a dark confidant and a darkly dangerous, fiercely protective friend.
I am now looking to expand this endeavor from a shop into a full blown store and take this dark world by storm. I want to Start making handbags, purses, more artwork, clothing and so much more. The ideas I have are limitless, though unfortunately my money is not. I am already one step above being a starving artist. So I'm asking for your help.
Be a part of something unique, beautiful and gorgeously dark.
Any amount is tremendously appreciated. I thank you in advance.
