Help Dom, Age9, Leave Cancer Behind

Dominick or “Dom” as we call him turned 9 in March, he was diagnosed with a rare Stage II Interfollicular Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in May. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) that will last at least six months or longer. Dom is a smart, handsome, and funny young boy. Science and math are his favorite subjects in school. Dom loves spending time riding his BMX bike and hopes to one day own his own BMX bike shop.


For those of you who don’t know Dom’s dad, James aka “Jimmy”, he is a single dad who resides in Aliso Viejo, California and currently runs Peppino’s Italian Family Restaurant in Aliso Viejo. While Dominick is undergoing treatments over the next few months, Jimmy will not be able to work very much. They will have a tough financial road ahead of them.

Many people have reached out to ask what they can do to help or expressed wanting to make a donation towards Dom’s medical and other expenses. We have set up this page for Dom and Jimmy so that friends and family can offer encouragement and support at whatever level feels right for them. No donation is too small.
