My Father's Heart Surgery

Hello. My name is Stefanie and I am creating this gofundme account for my father. My dad... My Hero. My dad needs a second open heart surgery to repair his mitral valve at the Cleveland Heart Clinic in Ohio, which unfortunately must have an expert/skilled heart surgeon as he MUST have a mitral valve repair NOT a replacement due to his age as the dr. says he's to young and will need another one the next 15-20 years. He has had one open heart surgery before about a year ago... It was very hard to see him in so much pain. The doctors fixed him up... However now he has another leak in his heart and his doctor believes it would be the best choice for my dad to travel to Cleveland Ohio for his next open heart surgery. My father's insurance (Medicaid) does not cover a penny of the cost to send him or for the surgery itself... So here I am looking for any way possible to raise as much as possible for him to go and come back to me safely.  My father is self employed. He hand builds swings out of wood from hundreds of years ago. He was even in the newspaper for his swings, as they are truly beautiful! My dream is to have him build me a swing for my first house... But without this surgery and trip to Ohio, that won't happen. He currently resides in Little Elm, Texas. Someone that everyone needs. My father never ceases to amaze me, and someone I look up to... I truly cannot fathom him not being in my life.
