Help for Heather and her family
Donation protected
Please help Heather and her children. Her husband Jerome "Chad" Lechlinski lost his battle with PTSD
and TBI on June 4th. He left behind a 9 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son. Chad served his country for 8 years in the Marine Corps. He was deployed twice to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. During those two deployments he suffered injuries. He survived two IED explosions. For his service he was awarded the Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Combat (V) for valor and The Purple Heart. After his last deployment he would only stay active duty for a short time, he was then medically discharged from the Marine Corps. Chad struggled on a daily basis to fit back into civilian life. It proved to be harder than he could handle. He leaves behind his loving wife, Heather, of 12 years, and his two children Kayden and Natalye. Any amount that we can raise to help this American Hero's family would be greatly appreciated.
