Help me beat gender dysphoria!

I'm a MtF transwoman, and I need some help. I've been on hormones for some time, and full time.. but things are to a point where I can't really afford them anymore.

My goals are to help bring my body in line with the woman I have felt I should be since I was 4 years old... I'm needing help affording doctor visits, as well as the various surgeries that will help me closer become the person outside, that I am inside.

I have been working toward this since I was 18, many years down the road, and I'm still struggling. Between parents that basically disowned me, loads of car troubles, and difficulty finding/keeping a job due to discrimination, it's taken me about 5x longer than I ever originally anticipated, even now that I work a full time job.

I want to get things finalized so I can maybe put this behind me and focus myself more on making someone else's life worth living.
