Kimberly Jimenez-Soto's Funeral
Donation protected
Dear Family, Friends, Visitors, and SCV Community,
This is a fundraiser for Kimberly Jimenez - Soto's family in their time of need!
Kimberly was only 16 years old. She was a junior at Golden Valley High School. With her whole life ahead of her, it was suddenly taken away from her on Friday, November 7, 2014 @ 10:20 am, in a train accident that happened near the corner of Rainbow Glen and Soledad Canyon Road.
She was loved by so many! She leaves behind a mother and sister. Her mother is a single mother, and there was no life insurance!
She was taken from her family, friends, Golden Valley High School family, and SCV Community and the MANY who loved her.
In Celebration of her precious life, and with consent from her family, we are raising money to help with the financial costs for Kimberly's memorial and burial. Please help us reach our goal!!!
We want to give Kimberly honor in celebrating her life and giving her a memorial and burial that she deserves, and be able to lay her young soul to rest!!!
EVERY dollar donated will go to the Jimenez - Soto family on behalf of Kimberly to help with financial burdens. A price can not be put on a life, especially a 16 year old who had her whole life ahead of her!
Thank you for the kind words, prayers, words of encouragement, memories, and donations that you have all given to this family in this difficult time.
We greatly appreciate any and all donations and know the family will be incredibly grateful for the love and support their community shows them during this difficult time. Please continue to keep this family in your prayers.
The beauty that each one of you hold in your hearts is priceless. The kind words help heal the wounds. Though they will never go away, you are surely helping them fade.
I will leave you with this poem ....
Memories of The Heart
By Author Unknown
Feel no guilt in laughter,
She knows how much you care.
Feel no sorrow in a smile
That she's not here to share.
You cannot grieve forever,
She would not want you to.
She’d hope that you would carry on
The way you always do.
So talk about the good times
And the ways you showed you cared.
The days you spent together,
All the happiness you shared.
Let the memories surround you,
A word someone may say
Will suddenly recapture
A time, an hour, a day.
That brings her back as clearly
As though she were still here,
And fills you with the feelings
That she is always near.
For if you keep those memories
You will never be apart
And she will live forever
Locked safe within your heart.
