In Loving Memory of "Mom"

LFK Magazine's lead content curator (Maisie) lost her mother after a short battle with cancer. Our hearts go out to her, all of her siblings and the entire family.

So many people have shared stories about how she was their "mom" too in so many ways. Her house, her heart and her kitchen was always open to the friends of her six children. This fund was created as a response to people asking how they can help. 

Whenever a family faces a devasting health battle, expenses can add up. Maisie has had to take time off from her sources of income to be with her mother in Arizona while she was in the hospital and at home under hospice care.

We have created this campaign in hopes of helping Maisie and her family with the financial burden including final expenses.

This fund will also help make sure there is food for the family and the many visitors to the home in the coming days and weeks.

She needs a little support from family and friends (and even strangers if it is in their heart). Maisie - LFK loves you.

Cancer sucks, but human beings are amazing.
