Boy Scouts Eagle Scout K9 Memorial

I am a Life Scout through Troop 206 out of Orono, MN. I am at the point in my scouting career to begin work on my Eagle Scout Project. For my Service Project, I am designing, installing, and fundrasing $6,500 for a police K9 memorial sculpture, pavers surrounding the area, and landscaping around the area as well. This project will benefit the police K9 unit by providing recognition adn serving as a memorial for the all of the K9's that have passed and the K9's that currentley serve the community of Plymouth, as well as showing the police department that the BSA community and the community cares. When this project gets completed it will be a great acoplishment for myself, Boy Scouts of America, Lake Minnetonka District, and Northern Star Council. Once this project is completed is will also directly benefit the relationship of the all local Police Departments and the Community at Large.
