Linli Xu Memorial Fund

Linli Xu, age 25 passed away on the night of June 27, as a result of an accident on the highway. While driving home from work, she struck a deer which disabled her car. A kind hearted couple, Amy Abbott and Justin Ransome, witnessed the incident and got out of their car to provide assistence to Linli. While the three of them were standing to the side of the disabled car, a passing car struck and killed them at the scene.

My name is Heng Hu, the heartbroken husband of Linli Xu. My wife Linli was five months pregnant at the time. We had just done an ultrasound 2 weeks prior, and we were expecting a baby boy. Linli was a kind hearted girl, and loving wife. Our family is devastated. Her parents have lost their only child, and the unborn son was to be their first grandchild. We are also heartbroken for Amy and Justin, two kind hearted people who got out of their car on a dangerous highway to help Linli without any hesitation. Amy leaves behind two little boys, and Justin leaves behind one son.

As a family, we want to raise a fund in Linli's name. The fund will be used towards a charitable cause, but to also help the families of Amy and Justin. Amy and Justin were real life heroes, and we want to do everything we can to help their families. The money we raise will be split into three equal portions. One will be used to donate to charities in Linli's name. The other two will each go to Amy and Justin's families. We appreciate any donation. Thank you.
