Pat's Daughter has terminal Cancer

Our beloved Pat has a beautiful daughter Sissy.
Sissy is a single  Mum of 2 wonderful children -Maddison 15yrs and Liam 13 yrs.
Sissy has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
Devastated, we found out Sissy has been given til December 2015.
We would like to raise funds for Sissy to have a holiday with her family - Sissy, Pat and kids have never been on a holiday together.
To leave funds for Sissys funeral.
For Pat to have funds to enable her to be home be with Sissy and her children as much as possible.
Pat had a unit put on the back of her house to enable Sissy and the kids to live near by. This cost added to the mortgage.
We would like to have enough money raised to enable the kids to have the last months with Mum special and not worried about money.
At least to raise enough to enable Pat to stay home as she is the only income for the family.
