Professional Golfer Fund

My name is Robert Prior and I am reaching out to YOU to help me string together some realistic goals towards my biggest dream of becoming a successful Pro Golfer.

To play at a Professional level has always been my biggest ambition and aspiration since I started competitive golf, but turning pro requires a high demand of investment to get the ball rolling. The investment required towards this career path is daunting, but that goes hand-in-hand with every long term venture that someone is willing to tackle. It is simply down to hard work, perseverance, talent, time-management, and sacrifice, all of which I am ready to fully commit to and take on board to better myself in order to become the best that I can be.

My short-term goal is to start my career path on a Mini-Tour in the Uk known as the EuroPro. I seek to make an immediate impact and create a  formidable name for myself on the Tour early doors, performing consistently throughout the year will of course position me to take on the Tour Championship Race to Dessert Springs in 2016.

My 5-year Plan continuing on from 2016, will be to move through the Challenge Tour and eventually compete on the European Tour.
I plan on doing this by constructing a daily, weekly, & monthly routine in order to maintain complete focus on achieving my goals.

Reasons I want to become a Professional Golfer :-

* Never have to work another day in my life, because I will love what I do.

Brief summary of who I am and what I have achieved:

From a young age I competed in Club, County & National Golf tournaments, travelling all over the UK. My talent over this time was recognized and in 2009, I started at 'The Golf College' in Sussex ( http://www.thegolfcollege. com/)
where I had further coaching from Denis Pugh, Paul Lyons, and Tim Spence helping to finely tune my game for high level competitive golf.
The Golf College allowed me to set my path on an American Dream, with the idea of broadening my spectrum and ability to take on some aspects that all Pro Golfers' endure. Currently, I have been a collegiate golfer since September 2011 and will be graduating from Lander University in December 2015 with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration – AACSB Accredited, Finance & Economics.
During my time at Lander University as a collegiate golfer, I was able to win both individually and as a team, I was personally awarded: Peach Belt Conference (PBC) player of the week, two time PBC All-Conference First & Second, and I was awarded an MVP for Lander.
In my Junior year I was very proud to be ranked at number 1 in the USA for the NCAA Division II Men's Golf.
