Hello friends and wellwishers,
This is my preventing homelessness page.
I am trying to raise some funds urgently for preventing homelessness, I am having trouble and have had my home repossessed/foreclosed on thursday 15th of May 2014.
Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing story for years where I have tried to reason with my bank but they are just not willing to be reasonable about it, despite various complaints I have made to both the FSA and Solicitor's Regulation Authority....They have covered up their crimes and now stolen my house.
Call me on my mobile number below if you need to speak with me urgently or ask me any questions or even to give some advice.

If you cannot help, then please forward my link on to those who can......Thank you for your help.
These are a few videos I have recorded over the years of repairs that I have made to the property.
Extensive building work and repair to the property costing thousands of pounds
When I bought the house back in 2007, the boiler that was here was not a functioning boiler....Cost me £2000 in cash to buy and have a new boiler installed and gas safety checked.....You can watch the videos below.
Damaged roof
When I bought the property, the roof was damaged, I did not find this out until after the people who were living here left....The previous owner of the property had sold it without telling his tenants that the property was up fr sale, then kept their deposit, they refused to leave without their deposit, which I did not have.
New boiler, the old boiler was not functional and the wires had been chewed up by rats.
Cowboy building work by vendor/previous owner - Water damage from the damaged roof
It cost me £1500 cash to pay a builder to fix the damage on the flat roof from when I bought the house.
The roof was damaged and in disrepair, they covered it up and various other cowboy jobs that I discovered after the vendor's tenants moved out.
