Rent help

I never thought anything like this would happen to me. I have been afflicted with transversal myelitis. Losing strength in my arms and legs. I have lost my job and career and I am currently unable to work. I need a scooter and a van to move it around with.
My fiancie is mycaretaker 24/7 and is amazing but we have no mo ney. This money would mean rent and mobility in my life. I appreciate any help you can bring into my life.
