The 2,000 Mile Skate to Freedom

Donation protected
Dear international skater community:

Please show your support for these incredible fellow skaters: Kelvin, Rene, Kevin, and Eliseo . In their epic journey covered by Rolling Stone, they've traveled over 2,000 miles and overcome gangs, drug cartels, and human traffickers.  But now, after making it safely to the United States, they are at risk of deportation back to El Salvador, where they will be injured or killed by gangs that target skaters.

Recently, Rene was detained by US Border Patrol and is awaiting deportation.  The other skaters could be detained at any moment.

Due to overwhelming support after the article was published, the skating community has decided to rally around the skaters' cause.  Please contribute what you can. These funds will go toward ensuring they have legal representation to help them avoid deportation back into the hands of brutal Central American street gangs and drug cartels. Any remaining funds will be used to help them establish a new life full of peaceful skateboarding and opportunity in the United States.

Thank you for all your support! Together we can help them skate to freedom.
