Most of you reading this already know the full story behind the reason for this campaign and it's not a happy one .. just before Christmas we had to deal with Spirit getting cataracts in both eyes and losing her sight needing surgery to correct it., well 2 weeks ago unfortunately her big brother Titan began to develop the same symptoms as spirit did., luckily we seen this immediately and we had spirits steroid drops to give him straight away preventing the uveitis from getting worse and damaging his eye. When we first brought Titan to the specialist Dr. Mike we found out he had a cataract in his left eye, dr. Mike could not diagnose the right eye as Titans pupil wouldn't dilate so he believed this was caused by a clot forming a glue like seal around Titans pupil preventing it from dilating. He sent us home with very strong drops in the hope we could get the pupil to dilate so as he could see what was happening. Today we returned to the vets as the drops worked. We were hoping for the best, that maybe just maybe the clot was our only worry and that once cleared Titan would have full sight from his right eye but this was not the case, we learned Titan also had a cataract behind his right eye too and that he was almost completely blind, mainly being able to only make out certain light and shadows we are beyond devastated for him and all the Pack here just can't wrap my head around winning races 2weeks ago getting the all clear with Spirit to have this happen to our boy within 48hours just lost and completely heartbroken at how unhappy and how scared he is its really not fair.. it's been a nightmare here recently and it just keeps getting worse for us and I just need some help.. anything, no matter the amount to help get us started before his surgery is wholeheartedly and greatly appreciated more than you'll ever realise ❤️. Again we will never be able to thank you enough or repay you for your kindness, generosity or the overwhelming support you all have provided us through this hard time. You have no idea how much it has meant and means to us right now. In our minds no thank you's will ever be enough for us to give you all in return for your help. We really and truly love you all.
