My boss found out yesterday her biological father passed away and only found out 3 days ago that he had been hospitalized since July for an untreated UTI that turned into sepsis. Then the hospital gave him an antibiotic he was highly allergic to, and he got blisters all over his body. His kidneys were shutting down, and gangrene set in, and his legs were amputated. Next was going to be his hands; however, he didn't make it that far.

My bud Jessica, her husband, and their daughter need airline tickets to Tulsa, Oklahoma from California, which is about $900 round trip, and help with a hotel room while they're there.
