We are a Washington DC based nonprofit (501c3) entering our fourth year of service.
The Mission
The Mission of The Shine Hard Family is to recognize and connect the nation’s top black millennial leaders and then unify them to educate and inspire the next generation of African American leaders.
We Serve
We serve at-risk youth and young professionals (ages-14-25). Our millennial leaders are podcast interviewees, workshop instructors, seminar leaders, cultural curators, & keynote speakers for our community programming.
