Be a part of racing
G'day all, I'm a passionate, driven, and promising racing driver, doing my best to work my way into motorsports later than most drivers.
Every sponsor level gets the advantages of the levels below.
This is a clear cut partnership between you and me. As it's a partnership, it is a two way street, I get something, you get something. There are many levels, and any level is much appreciated, and no one will be left wanting. There is plenty of space for the photos all over the car, it is super low, and every part will always be in view when in the paddock or on the track. How awesome will it be to be able to say there's a picture of you racing around some of the greatest tracks in Britain?
This is the adventure that has lead to where I am today.
In 2006, I received a back injury while rowing, stopping me from continuing a promising future. With so much pent up ambition, so much passion for winning, and a real love for cars, I decided I wanted to be a racing driver. I had to pursue this new dream anyway I could. Over the following few years, I tried racing in the US, but couldn't make it work on my very small budget. From 2010, I saved up every penny I had and moved here to the UK to compete in the 2012 Caterham Academy. With a very consistent beginning to the season, I was 3rd in the championship. Sadly a mechanical failure and a crash lead to me unable to finish the season higher than 12th. In the last race of the year, I started 12th, and in just 9 laps of racing, ended fighting hard for a podium finish.

In September I was invited to race in the final round of the Ginetta Challenge, it was all new, it was my first time driving on slicks, which made for an interesting qualifying. Optimum Motorsport opened doors and gave me that opportunity to get in one of their cars. It was a steep learning curve to say the least, but several said "Tor is faster than expected, and has great potential. We are thrilled to have him racing with us". After those two races, I knew that was where I needed to be for 2013, Ginetta racing was what I wanted to do. The video shows a few highlights from the seven races I have competed in this season. In the Ginetta race, I started last due to first corner mayhem, and finished 14th, with a total of an hours seat time in the car. With testing and more time in the car, I am certain I will be fighting for podiums all year, and challenging heavily for the championship title.
For 2013, I have been provided the opportunity to drive a Ginetta G40 in the Ginetta Challenge, with the front running team, Optimum Motorsport, supporting me. The Challenge is a highly competitive one-make race series that runs support for British GT. The racing is close, exciting, and the drivers race to win, and hold very little back. I am making the move from Caterhams because the Ginetta series has a defined, and realizable ladder to the top tears of Touring and GT racing. For the championship winner, the following years car (in my case a G50) and the season entry costs are given as a prize, so I will have a huge chance of furthering my career. All money made here will be used on my Ginetta racing, from tyres and fuel, to team support costs, practice, instruction and testing.
Any help to realize my passion, my dream, is much appreciated, and I look forward to proudly carrying your pictures to victory.
