Smart Teenz, A Drug Free Uganda

I am a Minister/Counsellor and Photographer, called to serve people here in Alaska and  around the world. To that end I have been asked to join with Smart Teens- A Drug Free Uganda. Two teens start this organization, when they say the number of youth and young adults addicted to drugs and alcohol. It is the NUMBER 1 leading cause of death and school failures in Uganda. These young men have a heart for their friends and others and have worked tirelessly to spead the message to get off drugs. Even with the poorest of resourses and lack of treatment availability. It is an epedemic there as it is here in the states. These young men have also received permission to work in what we would call middle schools and high schools in the capital Kampala. They are both seniors and plan to continue their work after high school in other cities and villages in Uganda.
We are writing to ask for support and hel[p to reach as many youth and young adults in Kampala anf then the whole country as possible. These young men have developed a core group of 25 young people that truly want to help their fellow Ugandans. They are excellant students and continue to maintain their schooling while serving the communities. Please assit this group to meet a challenging need.
