
Veteran Tries To Start Fitness Business

Hi, names Matt Motley. I'm a 4 year veteran of the United States Navy and I'm trying to create a brand new type of fitness business. I don't think people need a brand new diet or exercise regime. I think they need to be pointed in the direction of what actually works.
Think about it: Do you know anyone who has lost weight, and has managed to keep it off? Sure you do. What did they do? Did you try it, and did it work for you? If not, then they probably could've done anything. They were probably what's called a "Mesomorph". So the question is, is there something out there that works for everyone?
The answer is no, but there is several things that work with every body type. Even people who have never managed to lose weight their entire lives manage to lose weight on that show "The Biggest Loser", right? That means that there IS stuff out there that works for most people with very few exceptions. That's what I want to give people: THAT information. It's the same information I struggled to receive my entire life, and I'm ready to share it. Are you ready to help?
