Zoolanders Emergency Surgery Fund

Our loving 11-month-old Frenchie, Zoolander had taken a jump off the bed and did a "superman" type fall on Friday night fracturing his humerus bone. After taking him to the vet and discovering this, we were told fracture repair surgery would be needed in order for our little guy to recover from this. After seeing the X-rays and discovering where the break was, it's not in the best of spots and pins and plates will be required. After talking with the doctor the cost of this could exceed up to $7,000 in total. The cost of the examine, x-rays, placement and medication alone have already cost us nearly $1,000.
As of now, Zoolander has been laying down in a discomforting manner not moving much, nor eating or drinking other than very little from a syringe. We have been keeping him hydrated as much as possible and he has been eating pumpkin and rice throughout the day at a minimal. The Acepromazine sedative medication the emergency vet has prescribed to him was to limit movement/worsen his injury until surgery can be done. He also has a fentanyl patch on him to reduce some of the pain in the meantime. It's very hard to see our family member down and out like this. As most of you probably know, we have a blue nose pitbull Big Dog, who is Zoolanders best friend and has not left his side during this time wondering what happened to his little buddy.
My family and I are reaching out to our friends and loved ones to ask for some help with this cost in time of need. Anything goes a long way in situations like this and we appreciate all of you. If you're unable to donate towards Zoolanders surgery/recovery, please at minimum keep us in your thoughts and send positive energy our way.
