Tammy Hatcher was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis 5 years ago at the age of 42. A rare lung disease with no cure. Tammy's Mom had the same disease. Tammy's only chance is with a double lung transplant. The wheels are now in motion for this to happen. The program is in Toronto and the financial hardship is where we ALL step in to make it a bit easier for Tammy, Norman, Tiffany and Jack!
