Help my family and pets

I'm asking your help for our little family ; my husband, my doggie Bella that we saved from killing shelter, my 5 ex stray cats , Freddie, Baby, Dickie, Jonesy and Hima and me
Dickie, Freddie and Baby are the oldest ones. Dickie is diabetic and suffers from pancreatitis so that they need expensive special food and much veterinary expenses.
We both lost our jobs , had to move to Delaware from New Jersey but in the last couple of years only a husband's low paid job allowed us to survive but we fell several months behind with rent and bills ; i am constantly applying for jobs, but just getting little seasonal retail jobs here and there at minimum wage only and then start applying again.
We also did a lot of government paperwork and going to places for help only to be denied stating donations are down, and all govt assistance for rent and utilities are no longer available and no food stamps ; even stood in food lines to be turned away because no children at home.
Getting a fairly paid job becomes harder by ageism but i need to feed my kitties and Bella , we are alredy surviving since a very, very long time only with coffee and bread, because i dont want them to starve and they always come first .
Bills and debts piled up frighteningly and no way to pay them; water was already cut once, and struggled to bring it back , but we owe a lot of money for rent, water, electricity; PC is gone long time ago, so we need at least to keep phone paid .
We desperatly need to pay at least the backwards debts that amassed or we will become HOMELESS and what will happen of our kitties and Bella, all rescues?
Except for my daughter that suffers of Aspbergers syndrome and luckily is well cared in a good home , we havent any tight relatives or friends to ask for help.
Thank you so much for your attention of reading this and we HOPE , with a little effort from you all, maybe we will again stand on our feet and go on taking care of our beloved pets.
We fell so far behind in every bill but we fight hard to find work and to one day get in better shape. Our car was repossessed, water, phone and electric gets cut off but phone is most important as its our only lifeline for applying for jobs. We care so much about our rescued babies and the strays. We will never give up...we just need a little help to especially keep our rental home after falling 4 months behind in rent. Bless you for helping us and one day our dream is to get on our feet, help others who are near homelessness like us and helping shelters again. Thank you from our little family.
