Team Aaliyah

With the cost of a transplant often exceeding $500,000, many transplant families are unable to shoulder the financial burden of such a procedure.  The Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) is a national charity dedicated to organizing and guiding communities in raising funds for transplant-related expenses.  In Fergus Falls, volunteers are raising funds for COTA in honor of transplant patients like local infant, Aaliyah Beganovic.
 

Born in 2016, Aaliyah was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia Liver Disease. The doctors at University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota, have recommended a life-saving liver transplant. Volunteers are raising funds for COTA in honor of Aaliyah for transplant related expenses.

Aaliyah is the daughter of Amanda and Almir Beganovic. Born in 2016, Aaliyah was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia. The doctors at the U of M Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota, have recommended a life-saving liver transplant. An estimated $25,000 is being raised by Fergus Falls volunteers.

Please help us help this little girl who has been fighting for 7 months get the transplant to live a regular life like every little girl deserves.
