Able To Serve, New England, Inc. is a new nonprofit charitable foundation based in downtown Lowell to serve the working poor, homeless and children at risk in the Greater Lowell area and surrounding communities. The foundress is a Catholic nun, Sr. Robin McCarthy (SFCC), whose only mission is to care for the poor and their immediate needs. Your donation is kindly accepted. Thank You.
