Need to avoid forclosure

This is my family - myself, my fiancée and our three kids. The last two years have been really hard for us. First, I got laid off from a good job and it took almost a year and a half to find a new one. Then my fiancée's mom passed away suddenly and paying for funeral and travel expenses wiped out what savings we had left. Then my fiancée and two of our three kids were diagnosed with the same condition that killed her mom (it's called Loey's-Deitz Syndrome if you want to look it up) and the rounds of seemingly never-ending doctor's appointments began, with us having to drive to a city 2 1/2 hours away just to find a doctor that knows how to treat this particular disease at least twice a month. Then my fiancée got her hours at work cut down to part-time and her car broke down, making it so we have to depend on other people to give us rides to get anything done. With all the misfortune that has befallen our family lately, we've gotten behind on the bills and we're currently facing foreclosure on our house. We don't need much to pull ourselves out, just a little boost, but every penny counts. Thank you in advance for helping us out.
