Keep laura smiling.

After a brutal dog attack my daughter was left missing a chunk of her left cheek, had a broken tooth and torn  lip. With all that happened she never cried.She is my tough cookie.  Thank you everyone for the donations. Laura is doing much better now I'm sorry I didn't send an update earlier. It has been a long time. Laura had another facial reconstruction surgery on the end of 2014. After that surgery she still have an indentation from her cheek being bit off so instead of another surgery we used a safe liquid filler to even her checks, she still needs another surgery and will continue to need surgery as she grows because the scar will keep stretching. Laura is am amazing 6 year old who loves every one , she is fearless and is now In school. She is not letting herself be defined by her scar, children are suppose to learn from adults but laura taught me how to take something so horrible and turn it into a life story ,she tells her friends about the fun times she had at the hospital and all the ice cream she got to eat. She is going grow up to be a wonderful woman.
