Dental fund

I've just been told I need ten thousand dollars worth of dental work. (The picture attached is of the projected costs.) I live off social security; my income is too little for any form of credit and I have very little money to spend. I'm trying to earn the money any way I can, and if you can help me with this it is appreciated. If the funds go over the cost I'll donate the rest to charity. Thank you.
