Amy & The Engine has an amazing opportunity to go on our first US/international tour and we need your help!
We’ve partnered with a really cool, innovative music discovery platform with a global presence - they’ve already hosted artists like Hozier and Elle King - and now we get the chance to be one of these artists.
In case you don't know, Amy & The Engine is made up of six players from four countries. We have all graduated (or will graduate this May) from Berklee College of Music in Boston, and have been performing exclusively in the Northeast for the past year and a half.
We’re going on a tour that includes dates across the US and abroad in Europe, and it’s going to be the biggest adventure the Engine has yet.
For us it means connecting with new fans, traveling to new places, spending long hours in the car, flying across the Atlantic Ocean, needing to shower and do laundry, maybe pulling a few questionable U-Turns on the road and revving the Engine louder than ever before.
We’re a 6-piece band, so the costs are REAL -- we need help for renting a van, gas, food, and somewhere to put our heads at night. We will continue to tour throughout the summer and fall of 2016, so any proceeds that are not used for this tour will be put towards buying our first TOUR VAN! (Don't even want to think about parallel parking that baby.)
We’ve got a crazy 2016 ahead of us! We’re already in the studio recording a new album and will release the record this fall. We’ve got tons of dates this summer around New England… and we’re so excited to go on our first EVER official tour.
