Angel's Cancer Treatment
Angel Heart Henry Williams was adopted on March 18th, 2015. She has overcome so much since then. She has had allergy testing and vaccines, two torn cruciate ligaments that healed with the use of orthopedic braces, diet restrictions, skin problems dealt with and cleared up... The list is long. All during that time Angel has been a complete sweetheart and companion for me while I have gone through many personal challenges as well. This dog is one of the best things that has ever happened in my life.
Today, June 20th 2016, I learned that Angel has at least one Mast Cell Tumor. She has two other lumps we hadn't checked because they were assumed to be benign. This diagnosis however puts that assumption at risk.
The best and most thorough standard of care for Angel at this time would include full chest x-rays and abdominal ultrasound, surgical removal of all three lumps and biopsy of all three lumps to make sure that the cancer has been completely removed.
I work part-time and the full cost of all this would be about 10% of my annual salary. I have already in the last few months had to pay for an attorney and summer camp for my child and emergency repairs on my car.
I hate asking for help, but I am not ready to lose Angel after only having her in my life for a little over a year. Anything that you can spare to help her get the best care that she deserves would be greatly appreciated.
